Hueston South Quarter Apartments

These high quality apartments are located in the Kestrel Building of the prestigious Heuston South Quarter. Accommodation is offered in a range of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments spread out over eight floors. Some have views across the stunning Royal Hospital Kilmainham Gardens and Phoenix Park with others giving views across the city as far as Dublin Bay.

These luxurious apartments are brand new, and fully furnished. All rooms are bright and spacious with generous and tastefully designed living areas and balconies and most have en-suite facilities.

Facilities on site include a bakery, delicatessen, off-licence, grocery store ad pharmacy. Car parking is available on request and located at basement level together with numerous bicycle racks. Heuston South Quarter is 25 minutes walking distance to the college and is within easy reach of the city centre by foot, bicycle and bus.

Location Located in the prestigious Heuston South Quarter, the residence has amazing views over Royal Hospital Kilmainham Gardens, Phoenix park and others have views over the city.
Arrival Arrival can be on Saturday or Sunday between 2pm and 10.30pm. Students must let the school know of their arrival time in advance. On arrival at Griffith, students should call the residential officer. Students unable to arrive by 10.30pm will need to make alternative accommodation arrangements for that night at their own expense and inform the residential officer. Departure must be on a Saturday between 10am and midday.

Booking options Two and three bedroom apartments.
Room All rooms are large, bright and spacious with generous and tastefully designed living areas and balconies. All rooms share kitchen, dining and living areas.
Meal plans Self-catering. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen where students can prepare their own meals. Kitchens are equipped with a built-in microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A full set of crockery and cutlery is also provided.
Bedclothes Bed linen is provided by the residential officer when students arrive. Students should bring their own towels.
Laundry Each apartment comes with its own washing machine that the students can use to do their own laundry. Students must purchase their own laundry powder.
Baths and showers All rooms within the two-bed and three bed apartments are en-suite or with private bathroom close to the bedroom
Telephone No phones are provided. Students are advised to obtain their own mobile or use public telephones with phone cards.
Internet Access There is a WiFi connection in all apartments.
Deposit Students need to pay a deposit of €250 by credit card on or prior to arrival. This will be refunded in full to the student at the end of the occupancy provided that no repair/replacement/cleaning costs are incurred during their stay. Any such costs will be deduced from the deposit.
